While the apartment itself has been renovated to the highest possible standard, the staircase itself is a common area shared with other apartments and is poorly maintained, leading to an often “derelict” feel. It is never the less absolutely safe.

Ideally located on Tserendorj Street (AKA Beatles or fountain street), this large property (135 sqms) features 2 bedrooms, a separate dressing room, 1 large dining room, 1 spacious bathroom and a comfortable open chef’s kitchen alongside a sizable living room. The apartment has hardwood oak flooring throughout with Italian tiles in the kitchen. The dining room can comfortably sit 12 along a long table while the living room can sit up to 10 comfortably. The apartment benefits from SkyMedia’s best available package which brings 6MB of wi-fi internet and over 400 international IPTV cable TV channels (most in HD with some 3D channels). The apartment is equipped with a Bose bluetooth sound system, an Xbox 360 with Kinect sensor (and a collection of games) and an intelligent CCTV remote monitoring system.

For summer, the apartment has two independent, wall fitted high capacity air conditioning units while for winter it benefits from a completely overhauled heating system. There are also two top of the range IQ Air 250 Health Pro air filtration systems. All windows are german-made triple glazing for perfect sound and heat insulation.

The kitchen can only be described as a “chef’s kitchen” with an oversized kitchen island, gas, induction and electrical hobs, a double door fridge / freezer and all the kitchen equipment needed to make any chef achieve his full potential.
